Which response fields are useful?
Separate equipment configuration, accessories, protection, controls, testing, documentation and commercial delivery. Require a clear response to each field rather than a product list attachment alone.
| Area | Supplier response | Review |
|---|---|---|
| Lineup | Sections and configuration | Match SLD |
| Protection | Devices and data | Engineer review |
| Controls | Signals and interfaces | I/O check |
| Testing | Factory and site evidence | ITP review |
| Deviations | Exceptions and alternatives | Buyer decision |

How should technical comparison work?
Compare the same requirement across every supplier and keep a qualification beside the affected row. Do not flatten a different scope into a single adjusted total without an approved rule.

Which documents should be requested?
Ask for the project-required drawings, data sheets, compliance responses, test plans, manuals and spare parts information. The issued tender decides the mandatory list.
Common questions
What else should the bid team know?
Does a template decide the supplier award?
No. It structures comparable responses. The buyer applies the approved evaluation basis and obtains technical and commercial approval.
Can a blank supplier response be treated as included?
No. Mark it open, excluded or requiring clarification according to the approved evaluation rules.
Is this a government form?
No. The templates are original private-sector structures and are not affiliated with a government agency.
